You are a volunteer and you are organising a charity book sale. The chairperson is nice but very ineffective at meetings and lets people talk for too long and nothing gets done. You get impatient so you have decided to gently remind the chairperson to stay on track and move on. The chairperson didn't like you doing this at first but now is okay with this.
