• to provide safety for all workmen’s access to structures, scaffolding, catch and working platforms, material handling, heavy lifting and hauling systems, tower cranes, and earth retaining systems, taking into account the imposed construction loads acting on the uncompleted and completed structure

• to fulfill design requirements specified by CIDB for temporary works

• must be competent to design for the temporary work as required
