Just ordered a sofa at lunchtime on Wednesday. There were 2 options for delivery, Standard Delivery (arriving Sat) or 24 hour delivery (arriving Thurs for an extra £15). We really needed the sofa so went with the 24 hour delivery, on the Thursday got a text from the delivery company saying earliest it could be delivered is Monday. Got through to customer services only to be told there is nothing they can do and shouldn't really have said they can deliver it in 24 hours. An utter joke!!! I will never use Very again.

I’ve had a year of complete frustration and stress with Very. I won’t go over the long and involved details, but a summary is appalling customer service and no one ever does what they say they will.

I want to close my account and was promised this would be done when my March statement was generated. Needless to say my account has not been closed. What a joke. I will be looking at raising a formal complaint against Very with the appropriate regulator as my complaints raised directly with customer services have been ignored on multiple occasions.

Avoid any dealings with Very at all costs.

This never happened, their customer service is awful, their telephone system is not user friendly, please do not use this company
