The Different Types of Complaints

Just ordered a sofa at lunchtime on Wednesday. There were 2 options for delivery, Standard Delivery (arriving Sat) or 24 hour delivery (arriving Thurs for an extra £15). We really needed the sofa so went with the 24 hour delivery, on the Thursday got a text from the delivery company saying earliest it could be delivered is Monday. Got through to customer services only to be told there is nothing they can do and shouldn't really have said they can deliver it in 24 hours. An utter joke!!! I will never use Very again.

I’ve had a year of complete frustration and stress with Very. I won’t go over the long and involved details, but a summary is appalling customer service and no one ever does what they say they will.

I want to close my account and was promised this would be done when my March statement was generated. Needless to say my account has not been closed. What a joke. I will be looking at raising a formal complaint against Very with the appropriate regulator as my complaints raised directly with customer services have been ignored on multiple occasions.

Avoid any dealings with Very at all costs.

Had an account for years and over 3k limit. spent thousands and thousands with very and today find out they have removed the BNPL option from my account. Shocking.

I placed an order using a targeted discount code, my order was refused delivery at drop off shop and returned to warehouse, I tried to reorder and now discount code doesn’t work although it’s valid until the 12th??

I received a £30.00 money off voucher from Very, stating "spend over £60.00 and get £30.00 off, I bought a swimming costume for £62.00 at checkout it applied the money off but they then took £62.00 out of my account, I called twice and spoke to one lady with a child screaming in the background who told me she would get a manager to call me back ,. This never happened, their customer service is awful, their telephone system is not user friendly, please do not use this company

Ordered an item on buy now pay later in December to check my account today to see they have been charging interest since purchased ?? Avoid as this has happened on 2 occasions now ...

Terrible experience. Wrong furniture delivered which was also damaged. 6 and a half hours over 8 phone calls and it is still not sorted out. I ordered the furniture in February and still don’t have a completed order.
