1. How do we proceed in case of a related case resolved as False Positive?

• We resolve our case as FP without classifying the ASIN

• We send PA - EU - Product Mismatch Declaration/Test Report/ Detail Page/CSI blurb

• We classify the ASIN on our own and contact the owner of the related case if our decision is different

• We send PA - EU - ASIN Already Approved blurb

What needs to be done to classify the ASIN correctly?

• We look at the image and the title

• We look at the image and description on the DP

• It is enough to check the metal attribute in CSI

• We look at the image and use Multi-highlighter tool to check all the keywords in CSI and DP to make sure about the material and potential contradicting claims

Is SVHC requirement satisfied if the Reach declaration mentions Cadmium, Lead and Nickel within appropriate limits? Please answer 'yes' or 'no'.

When taking over other associate's case, we

• repeat the communication of the previous owner, adjusting it to the situation (VNR, UTP, etc) depending on the case processing stage

• treat the case as new, check all the documents on our own and send the blurb based on our findings

• keep the case in PAA status untill the original owner is able to take care of it

As regards the product identifier, colour variation between product image in the documents and Detail Page is acceptable? [Yes/No]

If we suspect the Test Report is forged, we

• send PA - Rejected case blurb

• process the documents normally, as the Test Reports cannot be forged

• we send PA - Forged Document blurb

• we ask SME for confirmation and then send PA - Rejected case blurb
