At what should I enter demo class ?

• 5 minutes before

• 10 minutes before

• Exactly at the start time

• My wish

How long do i need to wait(from actual start time of class) before reporting STUDENT NOT THERE ?

• 3-4 minutes

• 10 minutes

• Exactly at the start time

• After 15 minutes

The student is not starting the mic/cmaera, What can I do in such case ?

• Leave the class

• Report as "Teacher Not able to hear"

• Click on HOTLEAD

• Call someone from the team and ask them.

There are 2 students in the meeting room, What to do ?

• Ask them, If they are siblings I can teach

• If they are not siblings, ask one of them to take a new demo seprately by booking it.

• Click HOTLEAD

• Option 1 & Option 2

The student is facing Network Issue at their end, What shall be done ?

• Call my Team Lead.

• Call the Technical Team

• Click on "Network Issue"

• Leave the session.

The student left the session, What shall I do?

• Call my Team Lead

• Click on Student Left, after 3 minutes wait

• Click on HOTLEAD

• Click Student Not there, after 3 minutes wait

I have an issue with my Salary, WHat to do ?

• FIll the concern form on Earnings page.

• Write a mail to my Team Lead

• Message/Call the HR

Is LTA included in the monthly total availability hours ?

• Fill the Leave Application Form

• Call my Team Lead and inform them

• Mail the team and take a leave
