Cancel button on the website?

• (SFS = to ship)

  (OMS = Prepare for shipping)

  only if the order is not ship yet 

• (SFS = to Pack)

  (OMS = Pack)

  only if the order is not Pack yet 

• (SFS = to Pick)

  (OMS = Processed)

  only if the order is not pick yet 

Cancel Order button can use only before

Mark as............(SFS app) ,....... (OMS..........)

เราสามารถใช้ปุ่ม Cancel Order ได้ ก่อนที่สเตตัสจะ

• Pick (SFS app) ,

  Processed (OMS)

• Shipped (SFS app) ,

  Prepare for shipping(OMS)

"Back to source " มีกี่แบบ อะไรบ้าง

• 2 แบบ

  1. online(ต้องกรอกฟอร์มเลขบช)

  2. offline (ต้องกรอกฟอร์มเลขบช)

• 1 แบบ

  online

  ไม่จำเป็นต้องกรอกแบบฟอร์ม คืนอัตโนมัติ

• 2 แบบ

  1. online(ไม่ต้องกรอกฟอร์ม คืนอัตโนมัติถ้าชำระโดยบัตร)

  2. offline (กรอกฟอร์มเลขบช)

1. The new manual order is considered as a ..Old/New... order. 

เมื่อใช้ปุ่ม Create manual จะได้ออเดอร์...เก่า/ใหม่..

2. You will ..Do not see/See... the order in the SFS app to Pick.

ออเดอร์จะ ....เห็น/ไม่เห็น... ในSFS app

3. .....No need./need.. to send manual import file if you choose Kerry/Cello

......จำเป็นต้อง/ไม่จำเป็นต้อง...... ส่งแมนนอลให้กับ Kerry/Cello

When create manual "anomaly" order status become “.........”

เมื่อใช่ปุ่ม create manual ออเดอร์ที่เป็น "anomaly" จะเปลี่ยนสเตตัสเป็น “.........”

Customer use “Return product” button to request Return on website

When the order status = ".....Pick/ Prepare for shipping/Delivered......" in OMS BO

ลูกค้ากดปุ่ม “Return product”เพื่อคืนเงินในเว็บไซส์ได้

ได้ก็ต่อเมื่อสเตตัสเป็น ".....Pick/ Prepare for shipping/Delivered......" in OMS BO

1. Drop at store -> (staff) Receive at store/Return to shipper -> Auto Refund

2. Pick from home -> (api) Receive at store/Return to shipper/ Refund -> Auto Refund
