What is a Functional Team?

• A team that consists of workers from different areas within a company who are assigned to work on a specific project.
  
• A team with similar skills and expertise although they would not be able to perform each other’s jobs.
  
• A group of people where one member makes all the decisions
• Members of this team have been cross-trained so that each person is able to perform the duties of all other teams.
  

What is the description of a problem?

• The process of making an expectation a reality.
  
• Standards you use to find the best solution.
  
• This exists when there is a difference between reality (what you have) and expectation (what you want).
  

Active listening involves
