Health equity

empathy

• apologize, acknowledge the patient's feelings, offer alternatives, make amends

Socioeconomic status

• discourage organ donation, may refuse medical interventions, teaches a reliance on GOD for medical healing instead of medicine, often fearful of being forced to accept unwanted treatments which violate their beliefs
