To help preserve the environment

• Try to use paper everywhere

• Try not to write anything

• buy what you want in 30 days

• Buy it if you still want it after 30 days of seeing the item.

In order to conserve environmental resources, I:

• I leave the lights on at night, turn on the heater.

• I turn off the lights when I leave an empty room, use energy-saving lamps and LEDs, use a water heater and wash for no more than 15 minutes.

Practice of 3 rules to help save the environment:

• Reduce, recycle and reuse!

• live, get high and rest!

• help unselfishly, do not betray and love life

To avoid polluting the environment I:

• buy things in plain packaging

• trust mom to buy food

• buy all food in non-recyclable packaging
