What is subject placement?

• Finding subjects to place in your video.

• The placement of the subject in the frame.

The horizon line?

• Making sure the background lines are parallel to the upper and lower screen edges.

• Making sure there is an even horizon area to film by incorporating the lines needed.

What is aspect ratio?

• The relationship of the width and height of screen.

• The relationship of the center of the screen and it's parallel functions.

What is field of view?

• How close the object seems to the viewer/how much scenery is in front of audience.

• The relationship between the field and the aspect ratio.

What aspect ratio do we shoot in?

• 6:16

• 16:9

• 4:3

What is composition?

• Keeping a good composure in affected areas.

• Refers to the ways the subjects are positioned in the frame.

What is the best screen placement?

• Placement Area.

• Screen Center.

What is proper headroom?

• Leaving the right amount of room above the subjects head.

• Making sure the there is a head in the room filming.

What is leadroom?

• Having a lead to your story.

• The camera must be somewhat ahead of the subject and should lead action.
