I appear when a guest has requested to book but has not completed filling in their payment details.

I appear if there are any inconsistencies between the Airbnb platform and the payment processor’s platform.

I cannot be resolved with any workaround, except contacting the bank or using a different payment method.

• Service Level: The user has been waiting too long on the phone-line for an answer.
