You work in retail and you serve these customers. How can you adapt your approach to help the following people?

 a) Customers who do not speak English as their first language

b) Customers who have difficulty hearing

c) Customers who may have mobility issues, so might not be able to walk far or are in a wheelchair

 d) Customers who have a food allergy and want to order a meal off your menu

 e) Customers who follow a religion that restricts certain times for appointments.
