• Affiliated Users can create Supply Chain accounts

• Only Account Managers can deactivate user accounts.

• Supply Chain users can create other Supply Chain user accounts

• Any user can submit a new product request.

• A COI can be completed on behalf of the physician.

• A Sign Off will approve/deny moving forward with project work

• Notify Only will not need to take action on a Request

• A Sign Off in a Request is to approve/deny a purchasing decision

• Requester will be able to see all requests within the organization

• Requesters will only be able to see their own submitted requests

• Requesters will only be able to see the projects for their requests

• You can initiate communication with a vendor within a request.

• You can initiate communication with a requester within a request.

• Discussions are only visible to Supply Chain users.

• When creating a Project, you will have to select the appropriate workflow

• The Project Owner is the point of contact for the Project

• You will not be able to carry over your Requestor into your Project

• You can create product evaluations in your Project.

• Evaluation participants must have a Lumere account to submit responses.

• You can recycle previous evaluations in future projects.

• You can add individual Stakeholders to your Project

• Committees/VATs can be added as Stakeholders in Projects

• All Stakeholders in a Project can view Financial Information

• You will not be able to add additional Products to your Project
