TEST5 ON DUTY

All personnel of the police department who have oath and possess power to arrest.

Ø  One having supervisory responsibility either temporarily or permanently over officers of lower rank.

Ø  An officer who is in a command of the department, bureau, a division, an area or district.

The officer who has the more senior rank or highest rank in a team or group.

Ø  The period of time that has elapses since the oath of office was administered.

The period when an officer is actively engaged in the performance of his duty.
