Call up the first business in order, the reading and approval of the minutes.

Ask for corrections to the minutes.

There were NO corrections to the minutes. Announce their approval.

There WERE corrections to the minutes. There are no FURTHER corrections to the minutes. Announce their approval.

Call up the next business in order, "Reports of Officers, Boards, and Standing Committees."

Direct an officer, in this case the Treasurer, to report.

The Fundraising Committee has a report. Call up the Fundraising Committee to report.

Call up the next business in order, "New Business," then ask for New Business.
