  faster. We can communicate to our customers faster and not have to wait on letters.

• As technology can help us but it can cause distractions. Like when we do our work and we see a notification pop up we usually stop what we are doing to see who, or what is going on on social media or see who is texting you.

• It helps organize our field and when we need to find a certain file fast. Having the

  management system makes it easy to find that file.
