• Someone who can provide an immediate response when sport and exercise-related injuries occur and will rehabilitate the patient back to full fitness.

• Provide practical support to help people overcome barriers caused by illness, ageing or accidents that are preventing them from having an independent life

What is the main role of a Nutritionist?

• You'll generate, assess and deliver scientific, evidence-based nutritional advice in a variety of settings to improve health and well-being and to promote a healthy diet and lifestyle.

• As well as teaching, managing and personnel duties, you might be responsible for specialist or technical training.

• Responsibilities usually cover the broad areas of marketing the facility and any special events, managing staff and dealing with the technical aspects of fitness provision and health and safety.

• You'll help to ensure the smooth running of a sports organisation, which may range from reception work at a local sports club to marketing or human resources at a major sports club.
