In the old version, there is an option for auto-load reviews when visitors scroll down the Review Box, where is the settings in this new version?

• We eliminated this settings, but don't worry I'm asking technical team customize it for your store. Please wait for us 15-30 mins

• To optimize the Review box, the new version does not have auto-load reviews anymore. Visitors need to click "Load more" button to see more reviews

• It's in Review Box > Advance settings > Tick option "Auto-load reviews when scroll down"

• As you consider this option is useful and essential to your store, we have noted your feedback to ask Product team to investigate and revert this option in current widget

If customer says he asked us but we did not respond or take action, which is first step should so?

I do not see the share button for review anymore, I want to share reviews on X (Twitter)

• This feature is hidden by our DEV for maintenance issue. It will be back soon

• This feature has been removed following Shopify's policy about transparency of review

• The app does have this feature, it might be issue when customer don't see it on their app. Transfer case to TS/DEV for checking
