How do you define the job description/duty between Chairman and Vice Chairman as Leaders in EFEC? Do you find they have similar responsibilities or different roles? Explain!

EFEC has been standing strong for 38 years and successfully held the 10th English Festival (EFEST) last year. Of course, it took a lot of strategies to maintain and enhance the dignity of EFEC to continue to stand proudly among other institutions, especially EFEC as the Winner of Best Institution at FEB AWARDS 2023 and 2024. What innovation or change strategies do you want to bring for EFEC and EFEST in 2025 if you're elected as Chairman?
