What is being asked of the king?

This is a fictional story inspired by the Legends of Robin Hood. However, during that time, there was a real King John and actual noblemen. Many of the ideas presented in this story reflect the beliefs of real noblemen from that period, who believed these ideas should be written down in important documents.
