It refers to a group of Learning Resource Evaluators (LREs) formed based on their expertise who are tasked to evaluate and review assigned learning resources using the appropriate evaluation tools.

They are subject area experts, curriculum specialists, master teachers, subject area supervisors, classroom teachers, academicians from colleges, universities, and Centers of Excellence from public and private institutions who passed the screening and selection criteria stipulated in DepEd Memo No. 120, s. 2015. They are DepEd’s pool of learning resource evaluators
