Objective
At the end of this lesson you will write 3 sentences using LOSV structure and video yourself signing one of your sentences.

Command Sentence Structure
Name the location (raise brows)
Name the object (raise brows)
Indicate who (point to the person)
Give the command (to put the object in a specific place)

Locations
The following signs will be used first when signing in LOSV order.

TABLE
Make flat handshapes with both hands. Place dominant arm on top of nondominant and tap.

BOX
Make flat handshapes with both hand. Place hands parallel inf ront of body with your palms facing in, then parallel with your palms facing each other.

SHELF
Make B handshapes with both hands palms facing down. Start with hands next to each other than pull them away. Repeat this 2-3 times and move up each time.

WASTEBASKET
Make a 1 with your dominant hand and touch it to your nondominant forearm then elbow.
Then make C handshapes parallel to eachother then move your hands upwards.

BACKPACK
Make a C handshape on each hand then place your thumbs on your shoulders.

OVERHEAD PROJECTOR
Make a flat O handshape with your palm facing in then open it up to a 5 while.

The following signs will be signed after the location but before the subject when using LOSV order. (Most of these should be a review)

PEN/PENCIL
Touch your index finger and thumb together on your dominant hand. Bring it to your mouth then act like you are writing on your nondominant hand.

PAPER
Make flat handshapes then slide your dominant hand back on your nondominant hand

BOOK
Make a flat handshape with each hand and place your palms together. Open and close your hands.

APPLE
Put the knuck of your index finger on the side of your mouth and twist.

CUP
Make a flat handshape with your nondominant hand then with your dominant hand place a C on it.

CANDY
Make a 1 handshape with your dominant hand placing it next to your mouth then twist.

PICTURE
Make a flat handshape with your nondominant hand then with your dominant hand place a C on your ear then move it to your nondominant hand.

EYEGLASSES
Make a G handshape with both hands next to your eyes then pull away as you close your fingers.

CELL PHONE
With your dominant hand make either a Y or a Claw and place it on your ear.
