I finished grading this assignment. I know it was a few weeks ago, but I really did want to look your answers over carefully.

General Trends

• Project listed as difficult assignment frequently. There will not be another project until/if I can structure it better

• Some stressed about having to take a canvas "quiz" daily. Please know this is just the word canvas choses for these self-grading types of assignments.

• Large labs/projects that are completed over multiple days.

• Self-grading multiple choice daily assignments

• Writing responses that take longer to grade, but let you use your own words

General Trends

• Long videos are difficult. I will try to keep videos under 20 minutes OR on the worksheet put time labels for the questions (i.e. these q's come from the first 20 min; these q's from the last 20 min)

• Long tests with time limits are stressful. Fair. However, I want to provide a challenge to your brain, but there are a max of 2 per quarter and all questions are provided ahead of time.

General Trends

• Students struggle to complete work for multiple classes. If you are paying attention, you should be able to (but do not have to) complete all assignments within the class period.

• Focus/distractions/motivation was a common problem. I don't have answers for that other than to say take some time to examine your situation and see what you need to be successful and let me know if it is anything I can help with

A lot of people said that they need to ask for help more in class. What can I do to make getting help more accessible or less stressful?

General Trends

• A lot of people liked the video tutorials or edpuzzle video notes.

• Unfortunately, those are the most difficult for me to make and take the longest time. I just couldn't keep up with doing them for every notes/assignment.

• I will try to upload one video near the end of the unit going over a summary of that unit.

• I will look into edpuzzle again, but it was such a glitchy program last semester that I am hesitant to use it again.
