INDICATIVE MOOD
Verbs in the indicative mood indicate a fact or opinion.
Indicative mood makes a statement or asks a question.
For instance:
I am too ill to go to school today.
My english class is amazing!
The cafeteria is serving cheeseburgers for lunch.

IMPERATIVE MOOD
Verbs in the imperative mood express a command o request.
Imperative mood can also be command or instruction.
It can be quite strong or to be just a suggestion.
If the sentence feels too forceful, it can be softened with the use of "please".
For instance:
Go to school.
Please get up and get dressed.
Eat healthy breakfast.
Pack your lunch.

CONDITIONAL MOOD
Verbs in the conditional mood express a statement about what might happen IF something else happens.
Usually includes the words: might, could, would, if.
For instance:
If I feel well, then I will go to school.
If it rains, then I will get wet.
He could have used his phone, if he had returned his technology contract.

SUBJUNCTIVE MOOD
Verbs in the subjunctive mood describe a state that is contrary to fact, something that cannot happen.
Hypothetical situation, wishes, demands or suggestions as well.
For instance:
I wouldn't do that if I were you.
I wish my cold were better today.
If I were you, I would consult a doctor.
