The verb ir ( is always followed by a)

goes, go, going

yo voy nosotros / nosotras vamos

​Tú vas vosotros / vosotras vais

​el/ella/usted va ellos/ellas/ustedes van

​Ir (pronounced 'ear') means to go. But, if someone is going, we have to choose the different form that matches with the subject. No one can 'ir'.. we have to choose the correct form that matches with the person going!

yo voy- I'm going / I go

tu vas - you go or you are going

el/ella va- he/she is going or he/she goes

nosotros vamos- we are going or we go

vosotros vais- you all are going / you all go​

ellos/ellas van - they are going / they go

ustedes van- you all go / you all are going​
