1- Two teams: Team Centralized and Team Decentralized. Each team will represent one side of the debate.
2- Each team will appoint a speaker to deliver a 2-3 minute opening statement presenting their position (centralized or decentralized government). This statement should provide a clear overview of their stance and key arguments.
3- Each team can present counterarguments and challenge the points made by the other side.
4-Each team can ask questions of the opposing side to further clarify or challenge their arguments. This should be done in a respectful and organized manner.
5- deliver a 2-3 minute closing statement summarizing their team's position and reiterating their key arguments. The closing statement should leave a strong impression on the audience.
