  • Bike to work

  • Park a little further away

  • Refill your water at a fountain further away

  • Take phone calls on a walk

  • If able, have a meeting on a walk

  • Take the stairs

  • Walk down and ask your colleague the question instead of sending the text

  • Take your lunch break outside of your office

  • Move your trash can away from arms reach

  • Turn waiting time into moving time (waiting on printer/ microwave/ laminator etc)

  • Invest in a standing desk

  • Sit on a physioball instead of a chair

  • Stand up and stretch

  • Use your lunchbreak to get in a workout
