Part 1: Arms
Perform this exercise for 8 minutes using the timer on the next slide.
Put your arms out straight in front of you.
Bend them at the elbow and return them to straight without dropping your arms.
Repeat this over and over for a total of 8 minutes.
Keep track of when your muscles began to feel tired, burned, and/or when it became difficult to continue the exercise.

Part 2: Fingers and Hands
Perform this exercise 90 seconds using the timer on the next slide.
Hold a squeeze ball in one hand.
Squeeze it over and over again as fast as you can for 90 seconds.
Keep track of when your fingers and hand started feeling tired, when your muscles started to burn, and when you felt you could not continue.

Part 3: Feet
Perform this exercise for 90 seconds using the timer on the next slide.
Stand with both feet flat on the floor.
Raise your heels as far as possible (stand on your tip toes)
Do this over and over as fast as you can for 90 seconds.
