PARTS OF A COMPUTER

• Keyboard: Used to type letters, numbers, and symbols.

• Monitor: Shows what we see on the screen (pictures, videos, text).

• Mouse: Helps us click and move things on the screen.

• Speakers: Let us hear sounds from the computer.

• Printer: Prints pictures or words on paper.

• Microphone: Used to speak or record sound into the computer.

• Headphones: Help us listen to sound without disturbing others.

• Webcam: Takes pictures or shows live video.

INPUT AND OUTPUT DEVICES

• The computer uses these to show us something.

• Examples: Monitor, Speakers, Head

Touchscreen is both input and output device

• These are parts we use to give information to the computer.

• Examples: Keyboard, Mouse, Microphone and scanner
