Verb Usage: “ To be or not to be”

The verb “to be”: Resource #1 Resource #2, #3

Forms: is, am, are, was, were, been, have, had, has

Your writing is much more interesting and exciting if you use
action verbs, instead of “to be” verbs.

Example 1: “One thing I remember is that I was climbing on the
kitchen counter to get a cookie.”
