What is DIGITS?

• A way to connect two numbers in order to use data.

• A way for T-Mobile users to pair their wearable devices to their primary devices.

What are the benefits of two-factor authentication?

• This creates more functionality in the DIGITS app.

• This insures that the customer is dedicated to Paired Data with DIGITS, as it is a necessity with two-factor authentication.

• This protects customers from others trying to access their messages, calls, and contacts through the DIGITS app.

What should you do if a non-T-Mobile customer wants to use DIGITS?

• Advise the customer to download the DIGITS App and contact their service provider for more information.

• Advise the customer that it's not possible to have DIGITS unless unless they have their main line with T-Mobile.

She has now contacted us a third time to find out how to properly set up DIGITS, because we forgot to follow the Path to Resolution.
