• I will disclose the Company's confidential information to third parties inclusive but not limited to the Media, Vendors, Suppliers etc.

I received gifts/business courtesies from my vendor. What should I do?

• I shall request for the gifts to be upgraded to a more expensive gifts or other gifts if it is not to my liking.

• I shall accept the gift/business courtesies and return the favour to my vendor by making sure that they are appointed as the vendor of the contract again.
