Is the business using QUADS and CIRT the way the have to? Or is there still a lot coming in through mail?

• We have very little requests coming in through mail

• The amount of requests through mail should be reduced still

• We have some requests coming in through mail, but they do not belong in CIRT or QUADS

• There is to much work to do, I am getting frustrated
