How successful do you feel your ward youth program is going?

How is the success of your youth program best measured? 

• Youth attendance. 

• If the youth are growing in leadership skills. 

• If the parents know what is going on. 

• If the youth are becoming more like Christ. 

How can the Stake Leadership best help you support your ward youth program? 

• Plan more Stake Youth Activities.

• Attend and help support more of your Ward Youth Activities. 

• Help train your Ward Youth Leaders. 

• Create a Stake Youth Committee, to mentor youth leaders and allow them to help plan Stake Youth Activities. 

How would you like to observe the growth of the youth in your ward? 

• Youth bearing their testimonies more.

• Youth leading more in Class or Quorum lessons and activities. 

• Youth inviting more less-active and non-member friends to participate. 

• More youth regularly attending temple trips with ward or family.
