• granting and denying access to CM stairs and elevators in the building

• interacting with and answering question from volunteers and spectators

• monitoring and responding to spectator activity within and outside of portals

• eating as many chicken baskets as possible in 46 hours

where can you expect the most interactions with spectators?

• the event level

• the concourse

• outside the BJC

• in the bathrooms

how should you interact with spectators?

• with a customer service mentality

• plan to fight them outside the BJC

• yell in their face

• offer them a free chicken basket

what do you do when you do not know the answer to a spectators security question?

• tell them to find the Nittany Lion

• walk away from them since you can't help

• grab a R&R SL or captain

• tell them you don't know

if a spectator asks you a question about PASS what should you do?

• send them home
