因为文字使人死，圣灵能使人活。 For the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life.

但他们的心地刚硬，直到今日诵读旧约的时候，这同样的面纱还没有揭去；因为这面纱 在基督里才被废去。 But their minds were made dull, for to this day the same veil remains when the old covenant is read. It has not been removed, because only in Christ is it taken away.

我们身上常带着耶稣的死，使耶稣的生也在我们身上显明。 We always carry around in our body the death of Jesus, so that the life of Jesus may also be revealed in our body.

我们这短暂而艰难的苦楚要为我们成就极重、无比、永远的荣耀。 For our heavy and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all.

因为我们行事为人是凭着信心，不是凭着眼见。我们勇敢，更情愿离开身体，与主 同住。 For we live by faith, not by sight. We are confident, I say, and would prefer to be away from the body and at home with the Lord.

我们不是向你们再推荐自己，而是要让你们有毁谤我们的机会，使你们好面对那凭外貌、不凭内心夸耀的人。 We are not trying to commend ourselves to you again, but are giving you an opportunity to slander us, so that you can answer those who take pride in what is seen rather than in what is in the heart.

如果我们癫狂，是为上帝；如果我们清醒，也是为上帝。 If we are “out of our mind,” as some say, it is for God; if we are in our right mind, it is also for God.

“在悦纳的时候，我应允了你；在拯救的日子，你帮助了我。” “In the time of my favor I heard you, and in the day of salvation you helped me.”

上帝的用人包括了 “似乎忧愁，却常有喜乐；似乎贫穷，却使许多人富足；似乎一无所有，却样样都有。” sorrowful, yet always rejoicing; poor, yet making many rich; having nothing, and yet possessing everything.

所以主说：“你们务要从他们中间出来，跟他们分别；不要沾不洁净的东西，我就收纳你们。 ” Therefore, “Come out from them and be separate, says the Lord. Touch no unclean thing, and I will receive you.”

就如基督曾说：“我要在他们中间居住来往；我要作他们的上帝，他们要作我的子民。” As God has said: “I will live with them and walk among them, and I will be their God, and they will be my people.”

保罗懊悔写信给哥林多教会，因为使他们忧愁。 Paul regretted writing to the Corinthian church because it caused them sorrow.

既然你们(哥林多信众)在信心、口才、知识、万分的热忱，以及我们对你们的爱心上，都胜人一等，那么，当在这慈善的事上也要胜人一等。 But since you excel in everything—in faith, in speech, in knowledge, in complete earnestness and in the love we have kindled in you—see that you also excel in this grace of giving.

我们这样做，免得有人因我们收的捐款多而挑剔我们。我们留心做好事，不但在主面前，就是在人面前也是这样。 We want to avoid any criticism of the way we administer this liberal gift. For we are taking pains to do what is right, not only in the eyes of the Lord but also in the eyes of man.

所以，你们务要在众教会面前向他们（提多和提摩太）显明你们的爱心和我所夸奖你们的凭据。 As for Titus and Timothy, they are my partner and co-worker among you; as for our brothers, they are representatives of the churches and an honor to Christ.

那赐种子给撒种的，赐粮食给人吃的，必多多加给你们种地的种子，又增添你们仁义的叶子。 Now he who supplies seed to the sower and bread for food will also supply and increase your store of seed and will enlarge the leave of your righteousness.

弟兄们，我们要把上帝赐给以弗所教会的恩惠告诉你们：他们在患难中受大考验的时候，仍然满有喜乐，在极度贫穷中还格外显出他们乐捐的慷慨。 And now, brothers and sisters, we want you to know about the grace that God has given the Ephesian churches. In the midst of a very severe trial, their overflowing joy and their extreme poverty welled up in rich generosity.

这些不信的人被这世界的神明弄瞎了心眼，使他们看不见基督荣耀的福音。基督本是上帝的像。 The god of this age has blinded the minds of unbelievers, so that they cannot see the light of the gospel that displays the glory of Christ, who is the image of God.

还有一点：“少种的少收；多种的多收。” 各人要随心所愿，不要为难，不要勉强，因为上帝爱乐捐的人。 Remember this: Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows generously will also reap generously. Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. 

不是用墨写的, 而是用永生______写的；不是写在石版上, 而是写在心版上的。Written not with ink but with the ______, not on tablets of stone but on tablets of human hearts.

若是那使人定罪的事奉有荣光，那使人______ 的事奉的荣光就越发大了。 If the ministry that brought condemnation was glorious, how much more glorious is the ministry that brings ______!

主就是那灵；主的灵在哪里，哪里就有______。 Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is ______.

我们有这宝贝放在______里，为要显明这莫大的能力是出于上帝，不是出于我们。 But we have this treasure in ______, to show that the surpassing power belongs to God and not to us.

但我们既然有从同一位灵而来的信心，正如经上记着：“我信，故我说话”，我们也信，所以也说话。经上是指哪一本书？ Since we have the same spirit of faith according to what has been written, “I believed, and so I spoke,” we also believe, and so we also speak. Which book does the scripture refers to?

那为我们安排这事的是上帝，他赐给我们圣灵作_____。  He who has prepared us for this very thing is God, who has given us the Spirit as a ______.

所以，若有人在______里，他就是新造的人：旧事已过，都变成新的了。 Therefore, if anyone is in ______, he is a new creation.[b] The old has passed away; behold, the new has come.

基督和______有什么相和？信主的和不信主的有什么相干？ What accord has Christ with ______? Or what portion does a believer share with an unbeliever?

但那安慰灰心之人的上帝藉着______来安慰了我们；不但藉着他来，也藉着他从你们所得的安慰安慰了我们…… But God, who comforts the downcast, comforted us by the coming of ______ , and not only by his coming but also by the comfort with which he was comforted by you …….

因为依着上帝的意思而忧愁，就生出没有懊悔的悔改来，以致得救；但______忧愁叫人死。 For godly grief produces a repentance that leads to salvation without regret, whereas ______ grief produces death.

我可以证明，______是按着能力，而且超过了能力来捐助，主动再三恳求我们，准他们在这供给圣徒的善事上有份；并且他们所做的，不但照我们所期望的，更照上帝的旨意先把自己献给主，又给了我们。  For ______ gave according to their means, as I can testify, and beyond their means, of their own accord, begging us earnestly for the favor of taking part in the relief of the saints— and this, not as we expected, but they gave themselves first to the Lord and then by the will of God to us. 

如经上（指哪一本书？）所记：多收的没有余，少收的也没有缺。 As it is written (Which book of the bible?), “Whoever gathered much had nothing left over, and whoever gathered little had no lack.”

关于供给圣徒的事，我本来不必写信给你们；因为我知道你们的好意，常对马其顿人夸奖你们，说______ 预备好已经有一年了。你们的热心感动了许多人。 Now it is superfluous for me to write to you about the ministry for the saints, for I know your readiness, of which I boast about you to the people of Macedonia, saying that ______ has been ready since last year. And your zeal has stirred up most of them.

万一有______与我同去，见你们没有预备好，就使我们所确信的反成了羞愧；你们的羞愧更不用说了。 Otherwise, if some ______ come with me and find that you are not ready, we would be humiliated—to say nothing of you—for being so confident.

如经上 (哪一本书？) 所记：“他施舍，周济贫穷；他的义行存到永远。” As it is written (Which book of the bible?), “He has distributed freely, he has given to the poor; his righteousness endures forever.”
