is the act of practicing healthy habits on a daily basis to attain better physical and mental health outcomes, so that instead of just surviving, you're thriving.

This is the WELLNESS WHEEL. There are 8 components that make up the total YOU!!!

Spiritual Wellness
is attained through our relationship with God. Through Faith and Prayer we make peace with our lives. This also leads to positive physiological effects on us. Our stress is lowered.

Emotional Wellness
will inspire self-care, relaxation, stress reduction and the development of inner strength. It is important to be attentive to both positive and negative feelings and be able to understand how to handle these emotions. Emotional wellness also includes the ability to learn and grow from experiences.

It is important to talk about what you are feeling with someone you trust.
Look for guidance with a teacher, a coach, a mentor or at best...your parents. It's important they know how you are feeling.

So play hard, say what you feel, and then pray and love God.
Know that you are LOVED. Lets try and be WELL Saints.
