Gradable adjectives

Por ejemplo, tu puedes estar "a bit cold", "very cold" o "extremely cold"

- she was quite angry when she found out

3

Algunos adjetivos y modifiers:

  • modifiers -> a little/a bit - pretty/quite - really/very - extremely

  • adjectives -> angry, big, boring, cheap, cold, expensive, beautiful, ugly, old, interesting, etc.

  • ex: a little cheap - pretty cheap - extremely cheap

4

- ex: thank you, I love it! it's absolutel perfect!

5

Algunos adjetivos y modifiers:

  • modifiers: absolutely - totally - completely

  • adjectives: acceptable, dead, destroyed, finished, free, impossible, necessary, perfect, ruined, etc.

  • - ex: Their farm was totally destroyed by a tornado

6

Non-gradable: extreme adjectives

- Did you see the final match? It was absolutely amazing!

7
