​On your test dates, please report to the testing center to pickup your materials.

​

Materials must be returned each day at the completion ​of testing.

​

​ Test Day Procedures

​

• ​No one may be admitted to classroom once the timed test has begun.

​

• 8th students that arrive late should be sent to Hampton (A1) and Nelson (B1)

• ​7th students that arrive late should be sent to Hampton (A1) and Buford (B1)

• 6th students that arrive late should be sent to Hampton (A1) and Phillips (B1)​

• ​Teachers must read instructions verbatim.

​

• Testing materials; answer documents, test booklets, and student authorization testing tickets should not be distributed prior to admitting students.

• ​Accurate timing of each test is critical.

• Note any problems or changes on your attendance sheet.

• For technology issues that impact an examinee's session time, those will also be noted on your attendance sheet.

• ​During testing, staff members are allowed to read test instructions.

• However, staff may not grade papers, or do anything unrelated to administering the test.

• Your attention should be focused on the students.

​Restroom Procedures

​

• In case of an emergency, the student is permitted to go to the restroom.

• Document the time the student left and returned.​

• ​Conversations among staff must limited, quite, and kept to a minimum. Even whispered conversations can be distracting to students while testing.

• Actively and Visibly monitor your students during the test session.

​If a student is disruptive and needs to be removed:

• open the door with student and a brief note

• hall monitor will escort the student to testing center​

​In case of group irregularity (power outage. or emergency)

​

• Do not submit test

• Record the time the disruption was first noticed and the time testing was paused.​

​
