Given the information, please tell me a little about how you feel about the scenario surrounding Justin Bieber and 'White Hinterland'.  

Was this 'fair use' or should Bieber lose in court?  Ethically, do you feel this to be right or wrong?

Now that we know that Bieber has been sued for this issue before..

1.  Does this affect how you think about Bieber's creative ethics?

2.  Do you feel that singer Devin Copeland should win this particular case?

Here Thicke and Williams create a catchy hip-hop track using 'inspiration' from Marvin Gay's 'Gotta give it up'.  Apparently, the two 'beat' tracks are nearly identical.  

Was this ethically ok to do?  Legally, should Thicke and Williams be sued?

Here, artist Sam Smith produces a song that has an identical rhythm and melody as a classic song by Tom Petty.  Do you feel this is simply co-incidence?  An unfortunate accident?  Is Sam Smith guilty?
