There would be chaos and disorder.

There would be more safety and peace.

Everyone would follow the same rules automatically.

There would be no need for schools or roads.

For protection, to maintain order, to enforce laws, to have someone in charge

To create chaos, to avoid safety, to ignore rules, to remove leaders

To make everyone equal in all ways, to eliminate all rules, to avoid organization, to ignore property

To only build roads, to only run schools, to only collect money, to only have military
