Dining Room Set-up

When setting up the dining room these are the things that need to be done in order.

• sweep & mop floor if needed.

• Place centerpiece flowers on each table

• Put salt & pepper on each table.

• Take chairs off the table

• spray table tops with Simple Green

When should you turn the sign to OPEN?

• When I feel like it.

• When the instructor says to.

• At 9:00 what the sign says.

• When students from the other classes arrive.

Where are the flower centerpieces stored when not in use?

• in the cupboards under the metal sunset art hanging.

• behind the TV on the stainless steel shelves

•

What two items are needed to clean the window with?

• paper towels and window cleaner

• white bar towel with simple green

• microfiber cloth and windex spray

• paper towels with vinegar

What condiments should be put out by the glass window?

• mustard and mayonnaise

• hot sauces such as Valentina, Tobassco

• ketchup

• vinegar & bbq sauce
