Session 5-Disbursements of SK Funds

As per Section 20 (a) of the Revised IRR of RA 10742, as amended by RA 11768, SK Funds shall be disbursed for

• Youth development and improvement programs

• Youth empowerment and enhancement programs

• Youth development and empowerment programs

• Youth development and empowerment plans

It constitute all cash paid out during a given period in cash or by check. It may also mean settlement of government payables by cash or check.
