You must never proceed with this change on a WBS:

Before deactivating WMS flag, you must...

• Check that the WBS has no timesheets

• Check that the WBS isn't a receiver

• Make sure it's an expense WBS

• Verify the name of the WBS

Before activating the WMS flag on a WBS, make sure that:

• It's not a receiver.

• It has no timesheets.

• It's locked.

• It has a nice name.

During freeze, this is something you must never do:

• Release WBSs

• Change WBSs' names

• Create WBSs

• Close WBSs

SPLT is only added on WBSs that start with:

• Z1 or Z2

• A2

• C4

• J1

Right after creating a Work Order WBS, you need to:

• Lock it

• Change the user status to Approved

• Check the project type

• Do nothing

If you see a Jira request that asks you to create or make any change on Z1/Z2WBSs, you:

• Proceed immediately.

• Respond that it's totally impossible.

• Notify NEE team and wait for instructions.

• Do nothing.

Before allocating a WO-WBS on a FIN-WBS, it's recommended that you:

• Verify that the FIN-WBS starts with A2.

• Make sure the FIN-WBS has the WMS flag activated.

• Lock the FIN-WBS.

• Make sure that the FIN-WBS has the same name as the WO-WBS.
