Remember that each adjective has to AGREE with the noun it's describing.

That means it must change singular/plural.

It may also change masculine/feminine.

Adjectives that end in -O, like:

moreno, perezoso, enfermo, artístico

have 4 forms because they can change both masculine/feminine and singular/plural

-dor adjectives like trabajador also have 4 forms

Adjectives that end in an -E like:

paciente, inteligente, verde

only have singular and plural forms

Adjectives that end in a consonant like:

azul, feliz, fácil, or joven

only have singular and plural forms

Adjectives that end in -ista, like deportista, also just have 2 forms
